Ian Dougan

Lead Contributing Artist/Graphic Designer

Ian is a diverse designer who truly loves his craft.  A professional designer since 2005, Ian has been with Unseen Ministries from its inception and has been an invaluable source of creativity, talent and guidance.  He excels in branding and illustration and is thankful to be with Unseen where he is able to work on a global level while combatting some of the world’s darkest issues.

Ty Hagerott

Graphic Designer

Ty Hagerott is a passionate creative who pays attention to the details.  Over the years, Ty’s experience has allowed him to explore print, branding, apparel and web.  In this broad range of experience, he has learned that everything is designed…only the medium of manifestation changes.  His drive is to follow the original Artist (Colossians 1:16) who created everything.

Ty and his wife, Lindsay, live in Fargo, ND with their two children, Simon (3) and Elise (1). During the day, he works as a user experience designer for a software company.  In the evenings, Ty spends time with family, reads new books, gardens, plays hockey and designs more.

Peter

Peter Chung

Filmmaker

Peter is an award-winning documentary filmmaker whose films focus on faith, justice and compassion.  In a few short years, his films have touched many lives and have garnered the attention and accolade of iOpen Film Festival (winner: Grand Prix), Monaco Charity Film Festival (winner: Grand Prix), Pan Pacific Film Festival (winner: Best Documentary), Santa Barbara International Film Festival, Talent 1 Media Film Festival, LA Shorts Film Festival, Los Angeles Korean American International Film Festival, and De Anza Film Festival.

Previously, Peter worked as an award-nominated film editor for seven years at The Ant Farm and Hammer Creative in Los Angeles.  He also founded and led the film ministry at Newsong Community Church in LA.  He graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in computer science and worked as a software engineer in Silicon Valley prior to his career in filmmaking.  He is currently residing in a village in Andhra Pradesh, working on a documentary about starting a social venture in the village to fund a ministry that focuses on disciplining youth.

Mike Gallardo

Graphic Designer

Mike is the lead motion graphic designer at the Center for Creative Media.  He also attends Animation Mentor where he is learning to become a skilled character animator.

Mike is a freelance artist as well as a motion graphic designer and loves what he does.

Elisabeth started into photography her senior year of high school while shooting portraits of her little sisters.  What started as a hobby grew into a full-time business.  She has also had the opportunity of being featured and shoots nationally.  Elisabeth resides in Fargo, ND and thanks God for the privilege of doing something that she loves everyday.

Brandon Eckhardt

Video/Film Specialist

Brandon Eckhardt is a freelance Producer/Director/Editor based in Van, Texas.  Brandon has a broad exposure in many different aspects of production including short films, promo videos, live broadcast in stadium and arena events, music videos, weekly magazine television series, and DVD curriculums. He also serves as Lead Editor for The Center For Creative Media.

Elise Hylden

Illustrator/Graphic Designer

Elise Hylden earned a BFA from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2011.  Her emphasis was drawing, with special attention to illustration.  Her work was selected for the annual MSUM juried art show from 2007-2009 by jurors Howardina Pindell, Nick Cave, and George Bowes.  Her work has also been featured at the Livingston Lord Library, Atomic Coffee in Moorhead, MN. and in the Hotel Donaldson in Fargo, ND.  Elise has earned a minor in creative writing and has volunteered over 1800 hours in the Fargo, ND school system, promoting literacy through an Americorps academic enrichment program. She recently moved to Plymouth, MN where she currently pursues writing and illustrating children’s books.  Elise also devotes her time to her husband, Jarrod, and to teaching 11 piano students.

Keri Shay

Photographer

Keri Shay, a freelance photographer specializing in travel photojournalism, is from Chicago, IL and currently resides in Seoul, Korea. Her vocation has allotted her dozens of photo ventures across the globe, from Southeast Asia, Central America, Africa, and Europe to other various locales. Those who know Keri well see her passion for exposing global needs, traveling abroad, and sharing the story of her subjects. She has worked with several different humanitarian organizations but works closest with The Salvation Army. Keri’s recent projects with the organization have sent her to post-tsunami Japan (Sendai), India, Eastern Europe, Africa and Pakistan. Photos taken on these trips are used to help raise funding for the people there and to spread awareness of their situations. Keri has a calling to use her photographic gifts to celebrate the dignity of people often forgotten and neglected.

Tanya Martineau

A world recognized photographer, Tanya has a passion to use her photography to bring freedom, truth, and love to the unknown. Her images have been featured by local and international publications. A dreamer, advocate, and a believer for those who are unable to believe in themselves; she is inspired by her faith, and strives to use her lens to capture hope.

Graduating from MN State University with her Bachelors in Art Education with an emphasis in photography she has ventured across the globe capturing weddings, portraits, and documentary photography. Having worked with orphans and victims of human trafficking, she inspires others to fight for those who cannot fight for themselves.

Eric Johnson

From traveling across the United States producing pageant videos to climbing into an F-16 jet captuing aerial shots, Eric’s award-winning career spans decades and his wisdom and knowledge gleaned throughout the years is evident in his technique and solid editing style.
He has a BA in Mass Comm and studied Broadcasting through the Air Force.
Eric has three girls under the age of 7 so any extra time is spent pursuing any outside video projects that catch his interest including Unseen Ministries.  He also enjoys the outdoors, running and being a political junkie.

Steve Doroff

As one of his first loves, visual story telling has developed from a hobby to a full career for Steven. He has worked as part of an Emmy nominated news team and has filmed for some of the nation’s most recognized corporations. In 2010, Steven’s priorities had a major shift as God, through the love of Jesus, changed his heart, life and intentions.  Since then he has been using his resources, time and talents to serve as a reaction to the love God had given him.

Steven currently serves his church, his community and now, with the network of Unseen Ministries the global mission community with his art.  With Unseen, Steven hopes to aid in bringing a voice to the accounts of the unheard and witness to the countless that are in need.  Steven currently resides in Fargo, ND.
